Refund policy
At DRIPOTHECARY, every drop is prepared with care before it leaves our roastery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at hello@dripothecary.co within 14 days of delivery. We'll review the situation carefully and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund. To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, we may ask for a brief description and photos of the issue. As each order is carefully prepared, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
